John founded Concept Marketing Inc. in 1987.  With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing of resort property, he decided to expand into marketing of live entertainment venues in 1996. 

John is certified as a Registered Resort Professional by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).  He currently serves on the meetings committee of ARDA and is a member of ARDA's Chairmen's League.
