Concept Marketing, Inc. (herein called "the agency") agrees to participate in a trade radio agreement with the following herein called "the Station". The station agrees to accept a contracted amount of tickets in exchange for on-air broadcast promotional spots at no monetary cost. The advertising credit may not be used toward payment or previous obligations to the station. The tickets (advertising credit) are to be gifted to station listeners and/or auctioned by the station; but not in bulk (10 or more vouchers to one person or entity) and are not to be re-sold to a "ticket broker" or in a public forum (other than your own air signal) such as the web. The amount of advertising includes tax and each voucher is good for 2 (two) tickets. Furthermore, the station agrees to print only one set of vouchers. Vouchers can be printed via internet at: conceptmarketinginc.com. Vouchers will be stamped with the radio station call letters to authorize. Ads will be run in accordance with continuity instructions from the agency. Scheduling of radio trade spots/commercials will be directed by Concept Marketing, Inc. and will run during 2008. Spots must air between 6AM and 12 midnight unless indicated otherwise. Monthly air affidavits (notarized) must be submitted to the agency (207 Blue Sky Lane, Hollister, MO 65672) to prevent termination of trade agreement. Said advertising will be pre-paid by the transfer of ownership of the following:
